We created to empower the role of chemical engineers across industry. To enhance their design, analysis, and testing capabilities so they can drive productivity throughout their organizations. CHEMCAD enables you to meet the ever-expanding needs of the chemical engineering profession, reflecting the deeply intuitive and flexible design of our process simulation software. And our outstanding technical support engineers make your CHEMCAD experience all the more seamless. They're committed to helping you maximize the benefits of software simulation for projects large and small. ![]() The LC/MS ChemStation is a full-featured package designed for productivity from. We increased the capacity (of Udex, Sulfolane, & NMP processes) by 30-50% with a total investment of $1-1.5M.” — Zvi Merchav, Principal, Merchav Engineering “The one completed new plant is operating successfully. Because of the simulation model, it employs two columns in a distillation train that uses three in an older facility. This led to a capital cost savings of $250,000 for a single project.” — Tony Nocera, Great Lakes Chemicals (now Chemtura) “With CHEMCAD, it is unbelievable that I can accomplish in a day what used to take two or three weeks.. Increasing capacity is the most important part of this project. By removing the stripper bottleneck, the combined annual steam and electrical savings are $320,000/year.” — Terry Funkhauser, Texas Petrochemicals “With a single CHEMCAD model using CC-THERM fouling factor calculations, utility costs were reduced 10% ($12,000/mo).” — Firestone Polymers “A pipe fouling issue had plagued the feed to a particular distillation.. It was decided to look at a simulation of the column on CHEMCAD.. Mariah carey ft jay z heartbreaker mp3 free download. As a result, $120,000/year of steam was saved.” — Senior Principal Engineer, Performance Chemicals Co. The software is primarily the same, differences in setting up instruments, that's where you need your license number. The license number is tied to a GC or to an HPLC software, and should be pasted on the side of the instrument if its already computerized, or can be pulled off the existing software. When you upgrade to a newer version, the license number stays the same. The newer versions of software (from at least A.06 on) are each on a single CD which contains both GC and HPLC, but you'll need your current license number. And you might need a newer version of Windows, a newer HPIB board, or update your firmware, depending on how 'up' you want to go. You can actually read an LC data on GC and GC data on HPLC if you take the data directory over on a floppy. In use, the real difference is uner the column titled 'Instrument'. By the way, I doubt if Agilent support will help much with obsolete software. Can you be more specific with exactly what you're trying to do, and what you now have? I'm gonna try to consolidate, looks like we have two threads going (I work with ece) we are currently running our GC with chemstation A03.34 and an 82335 ISA GBIP card on win 95. Apparently A03 is a dinosaur and we are looking for better features, particularly with regard to peak identification. We don't need a ton of bells and whistles, but as this is being operated by two chemical engineers (not analytical chemists), a little bit more handholding via software wouldn't kill us. Die blou bul song free download. Win95 is fine, its relatively snappy as the chemstation is the only thing on it. We have since figured out how to export chromatograms, so output really isnt our issue, but were looking to improve our accuracy and results interpretation.
